UNDER 15 MAVERICKS

The Mavericks play in Division 2 of the English Ice Hockey Association Under 15 Southern League alongside teams from Basingstoke, Haringey, Romford, Slough and Solent.

The Mavericks play full ice games consisting of 3 x 15 minute periods.

Under 15 games introduce the concept of full-contact ice hockey to games. Players are taught by coaches how to protect themselves and their opponents. Individuals are accountable for their actions as any infringements are penalised. As with all junior ice hockey, fighting is strictly forbidden.
